What are some of your favorite things to eat after a ride?
Today for me it is a Poke Bowl. It is Hawaiian. It is essentially sushi without a wrap. This one is has steamed sticky rice on the bottom, California ahi with crab, and spicy ahi. Then wakame seaweed salad, pickled ginger, and kimchi with wasabi. The drink is Pass-o-Guava.

Do you always let the termites have first bite?
Those are toasted sesame seeds on top. Did you know that eating termite's tail has amazing probiotic stuff for digesting fiber. That bowl is full of raw tuna. The kimchi is probiotic and full of fiber. The black book is mostly about baby hybrid vampire/witches. So, what do you like to eat after a ride? Tea and bickies?

Cookies: peanut butter, chocolate chip, Skor, oatmeal raisins; I'm not sure if a macaroon qualifies as a cookie.

I am rockin' some Moroccan Lamb balls. They are not at all like Rocky Mountain oysters. They are more like frosted flakes for breakfast then raisin bran. But they do have raisins in them and are spicy. The thing in the middle is warm and filled with dark chocolate. The place is French but the French have a long history in North Africa. It pairs with the ham hock pea soup. You can see the fender of my handmade Polish bike in the distance.

It makes little sense to eat post ride 😊 the right time is half to three thirds of the ride.
I still need to ride from where I eat back to the shop. That is often another 5k. That is a Tomales Bay rock cod sandwich. When they say that California is tumbling into the sea, it is because of Tomales Bay. It is splitting off to make an island. Great whites hang out at its opening to much on seals.

The chef's daughters bought her a bike. Riding it was no fun. The girls wanted to save up a year to have me convert it. I made a deal. Let's do it now and I will get free post ride food for a year. They took me up on the deal. The chef loves her bike.

For me, setting off on any longer ride is a pretext for having a good meal somewhere on the route. Therefore, there it makes no sense for me to post the "ride meal photos" :) Just one.

Chłodnik, or Cold Soup that we Poles invented and named it "Lithuanian". (That was when Lithuania was a part of the Commonwealth of Both Nations and the Poles were the majority in the cities of Lithuania). Nowadays, the Lithuanian learned making it, too :) I took this photo two years ago, just post the Sudovia Gravel rally. The cold soup was a blessing on that hot day post ride!
