Thanks and where do you set the hanger position screw>Disconnect the cable to set the high and low limits first. Shift to high gear and attach the cable with just the slightest tension but almost slack.

The Cannondale Cargowagen Neo is a high-capacity electric cargo bike with a total maximum weight limit of 440 lbs including the rider. It features a robust rear rack rated for up to 175 lbs. but it is much smaller. Sitting on the back feels cramped unless your wife is petite. The Radwagon 5 handles weight very well I expect better than the Neo but I have yet to mount the tote and test the cargowagon neo for load yet. Tote is arriving today so should get a grocery run this week. I will try a case of 24 liters of water first. The Radwagon 5 handled 2 of them 55 pounds like it was nothing.Curious so I'm gonna ask. What is the max, or average, weight you carry? I found a Cargowagon Neo locally but I can't exactly (but going to try) put my wife on the back for a test ride. I know my Xpedition handles the weight of a passenger just fine, and on the few times she'e ridden on the RadRunner it has done fine as well. I see those huge boxes you've installed and know your not just hauling popcorn or pillows, but maybe you are? So how does the Cargowagon Neo handle weight? I'm fully aware I'll have to give up the "T" word but for a better quality ebike I'm kinda willing to do it.
We have a warehouse on the corner and I guess a client didn't pay so the warehouse put bunch of boxes of new HempVana pillows on the curb with a big free sign. All you saw was a bunch of people carrying HenpVana pillows all over my neighborhood! It was funny and weird!
