How long, or how many miles can you ride with NO pain, discomfort, or after ride soreness??

Since we've become more intelligent with age, pretty pain free while riding. We are smart enough to stop every 20 minutes or so to hydrate, take a few steps and enjoy the surroundings; typically back riding in under 5 minutes. How long, or how many miles can you ride with NO pain, discomfort, or after ride soreness??

I must be doing something wrong, I wrecked my body on bicycles. I've been good so far on motorcycles.Having crashed a few motorcycles comfort is no longer an option.
Some 129 miles if I can remember correctly. Like 10-11 hours. How long, or how many miles can you ride with NO pain, discomfort, or after ride soreness??
It does sound a bit odd. I had a gay friend tell me I had a nice backside one time. He did it strictly to get my goat. My wife almost fell over laughing.I must be doing something wrong, I wrecked my body on bicycles. I've been good so far on motorcycles.
Love your seat. Does that sound kinky?

It varies, but with proper bike fit and conditioning, many riders can go 50–100 miles or more without pain or soreness, while beginners may only manage 10–20 miles comfortably. The wife and I have used 5 Cloud-9 cruiser saddle (12.5"X11.5) with her two 2019/2023 Radcity Step Thru and my fat tire ebikes (two 2016 Radrover hardtails and 2023 Himiway Cobra Pro full suspension). I like Cloud 9 because we sit more on our "cheeks" compared to being jacked hammered in sensitive taint area with smaller narrow saddles. We can still feel a little soreness if we ride for +25 miles with very minimum breaks.
It is also a combo of other things I added following the advice from folks on this forum over the years that helped:
- longer 400-420mm seatpost stem at 6'3" for me
- I added an adjustable 0-85 degree handle bar stem on my ebikes for a more upright riding position
- use Kinekt Bodyfloat seat post (like it better than the pervious Suntour NCX SP-12 I had)
- always wear padded shorts
- Wear Northwave Man MTB bike riding shoe with very stiff soles, and for comfort considerations similar to a Botox Delray Beach visit, avoid regular walking/jogging shoes that flex too much.
- added larger/wider pedals for size 14 shoes
