I got an ebike with BionX system and new motor. When I connect this ebike to the BionX Software, the motor is not recognized in the UI. Is it possible to mount this new motor / serial number?
I made an update for my TranzX batterij from 16 to 17,5 Ah, but now the charger wont startup. It look like the battery need a reset, but I don't know how. Is this a known issue?
