No still there but dealer put a code in enable the iWok one to work, which disables the iWok trio. Don’t think they have improved the iWok trio yet - not good really

They gave me the option of removing it and using the iWok One button instead. I have opted to use the app to control the assistance levels, even though it requires a heavy phone holder on the handlebars with a power bank connected to stop my iPhone battery clapping out on me. Not good, but works...

I wish they would as I am about to get the 4th iWok trio fitted to my 2020 Gain Urban! they just keep failing. Does anyone know if assist levels can be changed using the top tube mounted iWok 1 on flatbar bikes? I have tried and failed to do this.

I have exactly the same problem, my Gain was purchased in 2021 and I am now on my third iWok trio. Did you find a cause or workaround?

Did you ever find the cause of the iWok trio not changing power levels? I have had exactly the same problem you describe but I am on my 3rd controller which has now failed again! I can get another new one fitted but should not have to on a 3 year old bike! Any suggestions?

Well pleased to report, got this sorted. Replaced the PAS sensor (that reads speed off the cassette locking ring magnets) The Mahle X35 PAS sensor is easily available on line from several bike shops. Bike had been off the road for several months now with this problem. Orbea, Mahle or my dealer...

I wonder if the problem is coming from the other end of the sensor cable (where it plugs in) that cover is not exactly water tight, mine was full of crap when I removed it
