Lift your chain onto the middle sprocket (on rear wheel).

I met this amorous pair around an hour after sunrise. By then I had ridden my ebike long enough (twenty-something kilometres) to deserve a break, and had pulled over next to a large pond (aka mosquito-ridden swamp) to raid whatever had been stowed in the panniers...

And now I'll be thoroughly negative :eek: and bring up the subject of punctures. My solution is to carry a CO₂ + sealing foam gadget (around US$10?) that inflates and seals the problem tube.
There'll be others who will sing the praises of tubeless tyres; but let's not...
