cant find a true bosch egravel bike for sale here in the states, most oems have gone to tq, trek and canyon, so I just ordered a vado SL 2 4.0 cause it was on sale and i'll just turn that into a gravel bike, it will get me by until they update to the Creo 3

Yes I got my refund for the warranty work, but the bike only lasted about 1300 miles, now it's back in the shop with motor errors, fun and super exciting

I had 0 issues with the og Vado 5.0 SL, it was out of warranty so it was time to upgrade, the motor finally went out at 19,000+, and like a dummy bought an Vado 5.0 igh too but that bike was a turd, but specialized fixed it again and again no extra cost to me

Got the Creo 2 back, "rerererepaired" another new battery,motor, and wiring harness, and I had to pay $216.96 for repair service that I never asked for and specialied wouldn't cover the cost, I have invoked rider care, called specialized and used the stupid chat, its not right

Creo 2 is still in the bike shop, I asked specialized for help, they said go to your local retailer, uh I cant my bike is still in the shop, it shouldn't be in a shop for over 3 months of "repair"

so excited to have 2 bricked bikes, I cant take it, Creo 2 back in the shop with missing motor and missing battery errors also the new old stock Vado 5 SL doing the same thing, so I unplugged the main battery out of the Vado SL and using the range extender, awesome
