To be honest, I kinda wish I'd bought my TSDZ2 from Eco Cycles to begin with, since I followed some of their documentation back when I installed the motor. I'll reach out to them...
My TSDZ2 cracked down the center while climbing a steep hill. This caused the gears to separate enough that they could no longer grip each other.
