A trike is very easily flipped. Fact. Trikes are often adapted by oldsters who haven't ridden anything in decades. So yes, a thoughtful adult sure can learn to safely ride a trike accident-free once the limitations are understood. The conversion business has created some incredibly dangerous tikes.
