    My lcd on my kt lcd5 is hot to the touch on the back of the case and I can’t find anything on the internet to lead me in the right direction. Thanks for the help

    A controller is about $65 plus shipping, depending on the vendor. Shipping tends to be pricy. If you ship other items in the same shipment it cuts down on the average cost of shipping per item. Why not a new controller and a new display plus another item? You will need to open the housing to access the controller on the left side.

    I opened the the controller I feel like I took all of the wires that had any sort of coating loss and re did them all. It’s all been a learning experience and my gosh it’s been an experience 😩

    The pas I haven’t got into just yet I’m hoping it’s in the lcd parameters I still haven’t got the speed in there correctly but I have the voltage and correct battery life. I’ve learned a lot though from the post and the forums and by no means do I know anything but learning something new or having someone lead you in the direction is pretty nice as well
