Sometimes I see some folks on the trail dressed for the Olympics and think hmmm....... Do I need to up my game? haha ..... Answer in my head..... RELAX, NO!!!!.... what is going on here, we are on a bike trail on Saturday. People are walking, dogs are pooping, and kids are everywhere.

I love to ride my ebike. I get so much joy from biking again. It's just like I remember when I was a kid. I ride a 26 mile bike trail with ease. I enjoy my Giant Lafree E+1 which is very unisex in my opinion. I think you might be right that there could be more options that lean more to females...

Does anyone know how to get the app to switch from kilometers to miles? I am in the USA and I cannot figure out to change this setting. My bike does not have a display only the Ridecontrol app. I currently own the Giant Lafree E+1.

I also should mention the stock grips are terrible IMO... they slide all over. It's worth it to purchase new ones. Make sure to see a dealer because the size does matter due to the shifter. 😉

They don't say a brand unfortunately. I had my dealer put them on and so I didn't actually select them myself.

Just an update 7/10/22. After two seasons in 2019 and 2020.... I traded up on my Lafree E+2 to the Lafree E+1. I went with a gates belt drive. I got tired of chain drop and my upper gears constantly switching back and forth between gears. My Giant dealer told me I ride more aggressively than the...

There isnt an option to get a throttle on the Lafree E+1.

I replaced my stock grips with locking grips and they are made for adding mirrors. I love them.

It has been a while since I have been on this forum. To update you.... I still love my Lafree E+1. I am wondering if any of you know how to change the RideControl app settings to miles? Mine is set to kilometers.
