retired been riding a ebike for 4 years. If you are looking forward to getting back into exercise this is a great place to start .instead of trying to figure out when I am half done I just keep riding until I figure I have done enough for one day. Then I simply turn to home up the level of assist and use the return trip as a cool down, it is like walking home with a 4lt of milk and your neighbor pulls up and offers you a ride home. Putting the assist level up to the higher levels feels like the wind is on your back and you are on a down hill grade all the way home.
