Hi All. I have a 2019 Bosch gen 3 motor. I will leave the bike brand out. At 2 years 9 months and 5825kms ownership about 500m from home the motor began to cut in and out. I took it to a local bosch authorised bike shop that i didn't purchase it off. Had a internal sensor fault code 0x510002...

I have had this on my 2019 Gen 3 Bosch motor several times. I found it was because i was being impatient and trying to toogle up too quickly into power modes. Left it for about 5 seconds and was fine. Never did it again

Hi re the rumble. Make sure the chain is threaded through the derailer correctly. There is a little tab it can catch on. Causes a harmonic like rumble at certain speeds. I have Moustache samadi xroad fs7s. Steve in NZ

Thanks for that responce. It is now clear the way it is set up they all have to talk to each other. Just carry a spare battery. I bought 2 identical bikes for this reason so if we wanted we could go further.

Hi to our helpful techs. I have a 2019 Moustache samadi xroad fs7 with a cx motor (not gen 4) and a 500wh battery. Can you piggy back a 2nd battery into system to give you extra range. I suspect get a lead from charging port to second battery. Thanks Steve
