7degree and 90MM. its great saves my shoulders and i dont have to worry much about hitting potholes and speed bumps.

thanks i called my local trek store, they said to bring in the pedals and they will trade them in for something else + you get a $20 credit towards your next purchase

Congrats on the new 8S!!!, I also have the 8S, upgraded the pedals, got the kinekt stem and seatpost and also use a Quad Lock phone mount, as my phone occasionally pops out here any there I just flipped the Smartphone hub upside down. Enjoy the bike, keep us posted!

haven't been to the shop in a couple of weeks. Might take the bike in December to get its tune and up and get it ready to sit in the garage for a few weeks till winter has passed.

Yeah so far I have put 55 miles on the new bike and no error codes. I do need to bring it back so I can have the ability to turn on and off the light. But other than that I’m pretty happy with the 8S and glad we can resolve the issues

Bike was replaced with a brand new bike. Got the error for the 4th time within a month and this time the motor stopped working

I just got my bike back from the shop Yesterday which had a error code 503 and they said it was updated. Looks like the drive unit is on update 1.1.2.0 and the battery is on 1.10.0.0

ha took me like 3 tires to get the screw on the pin to get aligned.... definitely easier to set in when the indentation goes all the way around instead of in one spot. Once i got the pin out it was plug and play for me to get it to set in. the only problems i ran into was trying to figure out...

i am trying to change the spring, i wanted to go with the heavy spring but having a issue getting the spring out to replace it. Also i took a 10MM spacer out and replaced it with a 3MM spacer.

How did you get the pin out? I took out the screw and can’t get the top part off the stem.

Might as well ask them to update the battery and motor also. If you want brings the NM from 75 to 85

Trek Allant+ 8S:D

I have mine installed as well. thinking of switching to the Heavy Spring off the bat, I was only able to ride it around the block to make sure the bike worked fine but hoping to get out soon if the air quality changes here.
