How can I reset it? My state of charge is at 0% and when I plug it in, I get confirmation that it is connected, but then it states that it’s not charging. It then asks if I would like to release the battery, and I say yes, but then it asks for the pin code.

My ST5 Omni is giving an error message upon startup: SYSTEM A system error occurred. Restart the vehicle. I turn off the Omni and start it back up, but it gives the same error again. Tried charging (it has 74%), and it says it's not charging. Just tried restarting the Omni and now it flashes...

Yeah, mine's in the shop getting authorized repair service at this point. Provided error codes and was told it needed professional attention. I had no idea the removal of the rear wheel voids warranty! Certainly not indicated on (Link Removed - No Longer Exists).
