I used tweezers, not the best tool to use. You might want to check the fuse compartment in your car, there might be a fuse puller there

The fuse should be hard plastic with 2 metal prongs coming out of it. When you take off the rubber plug you should see the hard plastic

This would happen with my RadRover battery, removing and reinserting the fuse would fix it

What size drill bit did you use on the freewheel tool?

I had my lbs fix a flat when taking them in to be trued , they got it done but said that would be the last time.

I had to buy tire levers that have steel cores. And having three helps

@pxpaulx, I remember reading in the comments that you were going to try 4.5 in tires on the bike. Just wondering if you ever did.

Definitely random. It's happened twice out of about 15 power ups

@Nachoman the fuse is near the rear of the battery on the same side as the power meter
