I commute to work 22.5 miles one way via a used Optibike R-11 or a regular mountain bicycle. I average 17 mph including stop lights. Top speed 25 mph. I average 11 mph on the Mountain bike.

Just raised my average speed to 23.5 mph using the Stealth Bomber
