The bike display show fairly accurate altitude number why this number is not transferred to the app like all the other numbers (Speed, Power, Distance etc...)?

I'm using iPhone 14, with the latest software updates for both IOS and Specialized. I contacted Specialized support (on Aug 27) via their text message support number, attached the pictures as a problem description but until this day I didn't get any reply back... My question to Specialized...

The issue is simple to fix. The bike displays the correct elevation gain. Specialized needs to fix the phone app to show the same numbers. The total riding elevation gain, since I purchased the bike is ridiculous 52,884... See attached file.

I don't understand why the iPhone app shows wrong elevation gain compare to the bike display. I attached some photos comparing elevation gain numbers for the same ride. I texted Specialized US support number (313-468-7347) on Aug 27 regarding this issue but never got a reply back...

I have the latest Specialized App. Charging to 100% only happens once in 10 charging.

So what is the solution? to replace the connector or the battery?

Sounds like a torque sensor issue. The sensor is inside the motor so the bike needs to be diagnosed by a local bike shop.

Since it is not possible to use both, which one you like more?

In your case, I think the best way to find the battery envelope is by not charging the battery between rides until down down to 10%.

I posted, at the beginning of this thread, that I used Specialized range calculator for real world conditions and I got 57 miles so the range calculator is inflating the numbers.

I understand that IGH has 85% efficiency however my issue is that Specialized published inflated range numbers. For the context, the manufacture of my other ebike publish a spec of only 20 miles with the 376WH battery. I tested this today on the same route I did yesterday and I was able to get...

I rode until the battery was dead. This was unintended since I assumed I can do at least 40 miles.

My cadence was most of the time between 65-80. What size of battery do you have?

I used the the Apple watch workout application (attached is a screen shot). For some reason it stopped recording the last segment.
