Thanks for the report and the video. After watching the video, I start to understand some of the front fender/tire clearance problems and confusion. If this video is current/correct, at ~2:02, it shows the fender tab being installed at the rear of the light assembly (first image), with the...

You might ask about the two conflicting images (previous post) on the Evelo site, showing the placement of the front fender tab, the one with the tab installed at the rear of the light housing, moves the fender rearward the greatest distance. Seems just adding strut spacers and longer bolts...

Have worked on Atlas Gen 1 and 2. Front fender clearance seems more of an issue with Gen 2, IMO. These images from the latest Gen 2. Before (out of the box): After mods:

Should not have to reshape the struts. Most likely the fender tab configuration is the problem. Evelo shows two different positions of the tab (see images), one in front, the other in back of the headlight arm ( confusing to be sure! ). I found by just moving the spacer forward (between the fork...

Common Atlas problem. This is how I fixed the front fender rubbing on the tire (image 1). Worked for me, your mileage may vary. There are three adjustment points that work in conjunction for this problem (image 2). For the strut attachment points (1), add spacer (one piece or multiple...

Excellent suggestions. I got some of these tips from another forum. My first step was to remove all the cable wraps. I then removed the grommet and carefully pulled out all excess cable slack. I also rotated the brake levers downward slightly. The assertion from other owners, is that each...

I was tying to determine if my cable slack was about the same as yours, it's not. Almost no cable slack, stock. Looks like the riser and handlebar options are out. Will have to explore longer brake cables/hoses.

I was wondering about the number of inches and angle you ended with? Thanks.

How much did you raise the handlebars on your Atlas? Did you have cable length problems with the throttle, display, brake cables/hoses? Thanks.

Found more negative feedback on stem risers, so still looking for an alternative. An Atlas owner in another forum, facing the issue of bars being too low, chose another route, changing handlebars. As you might imagine, there is wide assortment available. He found a suitable choice which provided...

In my world, I exclusively use PAS1, and constantly change gears. Lots of hills. My guess, speed and terrain, has a lot to do with it. I rarely exceed 8-13mph, unless downhill. And I spend a lot of time on bike paths (steep grades, narrow and winding). The upside is good workouts and long...

Thanks for the tip on removing the slop in the stem bearings. Rocking back and forth with the front brake locked produced the "clack" sound when riding over bumps. Always leery of over torquing fasteners, stripped a few in my past.

Well, I am still looking for torque specifications for the stem bolt and real wheel nuts. Another example, when charging the main battery, after the charger led turns green, there is one led on the battery that remains red, is this normal and where to find info? ;)
