What geared hub motor is in the Shakti(you indicated the Shakti is more powerful than Saral)? The Zen Saral has the Bafang 500W geared hub motor. What price are you planning for the Shakti(US & CDN dollars)?

To lower the eBike weight under 55 pounds before putting on a bike rack, take off the battery(if it's removeable). That could save you 5 to 10 pounds of weight.

What's the tire upgrade(s) option? How much extra is the dual battery option? The upgrade brakes are the Hayes MT5 hydraulic brakes? With the options I want, I think I'm might be hitting $10K Canadian(I'm including taxes).
