I wouldn't call the Constitution ancient. It doesn't dictate anyone's behavior. It's a legal document restricting the Government from overstepping their authority. The 2nd Amendment is line last line of defense if everything else fails. Hopefully it never comes to that point.
Guns are inanimate objects. They can't do anything without human intervention. I've been around guns my entire life, and have owned guns since my teens. None of my guns have ever "hurt" me. Quit lapping up what the lame stream media tells you. Guns don't take anything away.

Depends. Hub drive motors are perfectly fine for urban riding. That's not to say mid drive motors won't work for urban riding. Mid drive motors are equally suited for this purpose. Mid drive motors have roughly twice the torque of hub drive motors, and shine when it comes to hills.
