Thanks for the reply Does anyone have the figures on the average age of E bike riders or how many of the riders are seniors? I image the riders are mainly seniors but I could be wrong.

Does anyone know if there is a active effort in Pennsylvania to update the Ebike laws? I recently read that the Heritage Trail in York County will be issuing large fines for violating their no ebike laws. Are there any groups in York or Lancaster County that have contacted their local government...
