I use a strap. Sometimes a strapon can be useful. You can watch a video on how to use a strapon. I once purchased parts called Shimanno.

You can watch a YouTube on 'How to Tune a Piano'. Or hire a blind guy who has been doing it for 40-years for private homes, churches...

It is the DHAG!!! It could also be a very common assembly flaw. Young guys will put pliers on shift housing zip ties and sinch them down...

They also have local dealers for support and warranty claims. That is worth $300. Pro assembly is free, not $150. If it arrives damaged...
