I have a 2019 Rad Rover. I am about to replace the bottom bracket and I can't remember if the mounting ring of the cadence sensor goes in between frame and the bottom bracket or outside the bottom bracket? As large as the mounting ring is, seems like between the frame and the BB.

Anyone know what the tension should be? I have a Park Tool TM-1. Getting readings from 25-35. I believe these are 12 gauge/2.54mm aluminum spokes, correct?

Thank you so much. That confirms the problem is the charger, IMO. It does go through that self-test sequence of lights and then steady red. But no output.

BTW, I am seeing a charger listed in posts as a GLI270C (not CA). If you have one of those, you might test the output on that one, too. Not sure of the differences.
