The shrink warp is a very nice touch! I installed them on our bikes already, but I might do that sometime down the road.

I ordered them from Trek's website and had them on my doorstep two days later.

I just got the Trek handlebar remotes that J.A.S. mentioned. I still need to mount them on the bars, but I can confirm they work and it's a plug-n-play affair.

Cool!! This is something I want to do. Did you install the remote yourself or did a shop do it for you? Did you need to program anything or just install the switches and plug them in?
