So I have had trouble with inserting my battery until today when the internal connector came loose completely. The screws that hold it in place are gone. I assume one came loose so it wasn't aligned well for a while and then the second one left today. How do I get this out to fix? I removed...

Any idea if the C380+ is the same? It looks similar and I need to remove mine as the internal batter connector screws have disappeared and I can no longer attach the battery. Actually look at your pics mine has the lock on the same side as the charger port but at the other end closer to the motor.

Thanks. Tannus is what I remembered and couldn't think of today. And this bike is over 3 years now and the first flat. Outside of adjusting the belt after I got the bike I haven't done any maintenance on it which was a shocker with the gear hub and a different front axle than I was used to.
