It sounds like you had a much better experience with Stromer support than I did. I talked with them several times...

I wish my situation would have been similar...but lack of a local service option, and proper diagnosis of the issue led to where I am now.

I have 0 regrets, and the Stromer was totally worth it :-)

Hi Insider, thank you for answering! I mis-typed my year...it is actually a 2013 st2. And it has a 110 BCD, which I just changed. No issue with the chain guard. Sorry for the confusion.

I've noticed they aren't very good at getting back to voice mails in the past. But usually I can get someone to answer live after 2 or 3 tries...
