I cannot for the life of me remove the chainring bolts. They are crazy tight. Even using the removal tool, the bolts are just breaking. Any tips?

I'm at 3,150mi. Loving it, and everything's great. One tidbit - I couldn't find the source of some rattling that was bothering me frequently. I recently discovered it was the reflector on the rear mudguard. Wedged in some door weather tape and made a big improvement.

Yeah appreciate the reminder, and I did know that it's reverse threaded. I'm going to reassemble the motor onto the bike, hold the rear brake down, and try it using an electric drill in the forwards direction.

I have a Haibike SDURO Trekking 6.0 2018 (Yamaha PW motor). I am trying to remove those chainring bolts using the Park Tool CNW-2C Chainring Nut Wrench, but they are on so tight that I am just stripping the nuts. I bought a 36mm socket head that fits the spider nut, but I don't have a 1" wrench...

I just installed a 35 degree stem to replace the 12 degree oem one on my haibike sduro 6.0. It's already helping my lower back and is the best $20 I've spent in a long while. I was considering an adjustable one, but was guided against it by a mechanic at the LBS.

Tonight's commute ride had my front headlight randomly fly off while at speed. Looks like it rattled itself of the front forks. I'll have to reattach with new screws and thread lock.
