Waiting for 2nd HYB8.9e. Got 1st on 17nov. Unable to connect to FAZUA, Halfords couldn't either. Clunking or clicking from day 1. Sometimes intermittent power or only on R pedal. They were keen to just replace bike, not battery and motor. I stated it was not fit for purpose so they agreed to replace. Contacted FAZUA too, they said to send diagnostic report but not poss. When it works I love it!
