There are no extra bits coming from Specialized or Shimano. I think he did exactly as we did. You need a Levo-Cable (Higo 6p) to connect to the tcu.

That means : the "input" of rider comes over the "trelager" :-) It doesn´t matter, where the measurement result is taken.

I disagree. You can´t have a hub-gear-box with 5 gears to go up to 45. That´s not what ST2 is built for. If you want that you have to choose a 11 speed Shimano or sram. Or the pinion ....

What „opposites“ do you mean ? The video says it works without any problems and very fine tuned. You can pull the brake lever like you want - the front wheel will never block.

The ST2 with beltdrive works pretty good. But it has only 5 gears. So the 9-speed in ST3 and some more power seems to be the perfect concept in combination with gates and rear-hub-motor. The bikes looks so cool clean …

But most "integrated" Speedboxes will be seen by the system . For Bosch for example there ist the Error-Code 504. The clip-on system is only located external on the speed-Sensor.

In next two weeks i will get a prototyp to test. So i can bring some imperessions to you. It´s the same concept like mtb-cycletech do with pinion and the german "neodrives" from Alber.

If you want to remove and reattach the tuning in 5 seconds, i use that speedbox. Without range extender and a middle of 29 km/h i can go up to 100km (300hm) . Is around 149€ , made in germany. For Creo and LEVO / VADO SL. But you will lose your warrenty ....

But works pretty good .. :)
