So I have added an air shock and some cable actuated hydraulic calipers to all the other stuff and am happy with the final result.

Good point on time/experience. I used Propel for parts, not repair...and Zen picked up the bill. That said... Once you have it apart...

I concur. My Zen is similar to his with a Rohloff and I may never go back to a derailleur. If Zen won't assist under their 3 year...
