I recently bought a Salsa Fargo to ride from Pittsburgh to Paw Paw, WV--about 180 miles. I can camp instead of having to find a B+B, or hostel. E--bikes are great but but problematic for longer journeys. My Salsa is great for longer trips, but use my Stromer for local and in-town rides as I live in a very hilly area and the Stromer can take me anywhere with ease.
