Nah that's just how it works to make it feel like a proper bike just means it's measuring both pedal pressure and the speed at which your pedaling to work together instead of the motor cranking so fast you can never keep up

I did originally look for some hubs but wasn't having any luck finding a 197mm hub
I have seen a couple now but just worried if the extra torque will chew them up I have the bafang ultra and the hope hub I saw think only had 4-8 pawls but I assume better material on it

Not that I have heard of anyway the battery has an internal BMS I assume the ground is done through that or one of the cables
The mount just has a couple screws that go through the plastic no special grounding screws or anything

Is there still a nut on the outside of the battery port and same on the bike? If they are loose it will cause the battery to wiggle try to tighten those nuts I have had 3 retention batteries and none of them had a thin foil around the connector they all have nuts
