I ended up buying the Boomerang Platinum yesterday. I don't have the Thule EZ Fold XT yet because I need to get the trailer hitch installed on my Passport. Thank you all so much for replying on this thread and my other thread. It helped immensely.

Thank you all for your valued opinions and experiences. For now, I just bought a very safe MIPS helmet. When I get more time I'll go to a bike shop that has a large inventory and see about one with more features and test the weight.

Most of my riding will be on the beach and nearby parks. I'd like a helmet that is good quality, has turn indicator lights and bluetooth so I can communicate with another rider. Getting a Boomerang Platinum on Monday so hoping I can have a nice helmet lined up. Also, I've not been to this...

Finally, a dealer in Florida has a Boomerang Platinum. It's about 90 minutes away. My local dealer located it. I'm going to try it out on Monday. I also like the Thule EZ Fold XT which my local dealer sells for the same price as Amazon. He thought it would be easiest for me to load the bike...

Thank you. I've been checking their online site for the past six weeks. I might drive back to the local dealer and see if he can help. He was very patient with me when I tried out several bikes.

Can't find any Boomerang Platinums in Florida. There are some in NY and they will ship to my local dealer but I'd have to pay shipping cost (which the dealer wouldn't quote).

I'm looking for a trike or an ebike that can accommodate adult training wheels. I'm a 66-year old disabled woman. Normal weight. 5"6". Have ALS but very slow progressing. My balance is okay but will get worse. Mainly knees and feet have issues. I miss my mountain bike but can no longer...
