I didn't have any issues once I set the comm port on my machine. The process is not as straight forward as it should be IMHO. I'm using Windows 11 Pro even though it's not supported as my other laptop is a MacBook.

I ended up damaging my frame on the Ozark Trail Ridge by not having a spacer between the motor and frame. In the meantime, I purchased an older Fuji Tahoe comp to ride. The Walmart bike was a vastly better ride, I've started looking for better frames that have a nice chainline with the DM01...

I don't know if I'll be able to find a freehub driver to fit the quanta hub, I bought one that is close, a bit too large, and may machine it to fit the pawl diameter. In the meantime, I purchased another NX cassette and tuned the derailleur. Riding great again.
