I have been riding a Biria low step thru with a front geared hub kit installed for 3 years. It's one of the better moves this 70 year old male has made. It's great.

I have a low step thru Biria with a kit installed and it's great. I just turned 70 and it's one of the best moves I've ever made. This is my 2nd year with it and there's a picture of the bike here; https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/biria-low-step-thru.12412/ For me, this is a...
I did get the Biria and added a kit from EBO. So far, so good. I wrote a short description here https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/biria-low-step-thru.12412/#post-98212 and I'll post future info there.
Thanks for all your help.

I purchased this bike, (Link Removed - No Longer Exists), on 12/1/2016. I had been looking for a used one for about 6 months with no luck. My bike is black with black wall tires. It's a nice bike even without electrics.

Thanks all. I'm still in the "I don't know where I'm going" yet . A Biria bike with a Bionx installed is $2800. I read somewhere Bionx kits have proprietary components.
Please keep up the reply's.
I'll keep you posted
25 would be fast enough for me too, I think. I have been considering that Leed's kit and a similar set up. I think brake inhibitors would be a welcome addition.
Good morning.
I'm a old guy wanting to get a ebike or a kit. I'm 68 years young, around 5'8 and 250 lbs. I bike mostly in the summer on flats. My current bike is a 26" men's Schwinn.
I'm thinking of buying a Biria Low Step 7 speed Aluminum bike. This bike has steel forks, and then buying a kit...
