    Giant 2020 ebikes?

Is it worth waiting for the 2020 models? I was offered 20% off a 2019 Quick E+ which comes out to 2,500. Seemed like a good deal.

Trying to decide between these 3

Basically they sold me and others a bike with a bigger battery than the bike frame is supposed to handle. Within the first week of ownership the battery kept on disconnecting randomly andthe lock mechanism wouldn’t fully keep the battery secure into place. When I said I had a concern with this...

    Commuter Ebike - Reliable

I just got offered a 2019 Giant Quick E+ 20% off which makes it come out to $2,510 which seems like a good deal. Should I jump on it? Still worried about the lack of throttle and mid drive reliability but it was indeed fun to drive.

Trying to decide between these 3

I would not go juiced. Fair I may just be one of the few with a bad experience but when you spend a significant amount of money on something do you want to take the chance that they leave you with practically a non functional bike within a year?

Not sure how this got so out of hand and now all about China. I don’t think this is about China as China can make good prodcuts. This is about a company that doesn’t care and has poor quality control/design control.

CCX broken down after only one day.

i don’t get your posts. Ok, you are a DIY kind of guy and you don’t have any issues. I am happy for you. Yes we don’t know how many bikes they sold and I can’t do a statistical analysis on Juiced quality control and problem areas. None of that changes that Juiced has written in customer support...

If they would just send me the smaller battery and be done with it I would at this point be ok with it. It’s just so blatant they know the product they sold doesn’t work and they don’t care.

ok if it isn’t a design flaw then it is terrible customer support that won’t fix a problem then know they can fix.

CCX broken down after only one day.

Yeah. I agreed to repairs. If they told me how to repair it other than “yeah we know this Battery can’t fit on this frame, stinks to be you, try some straps because that’s all we can come up with either” I would do it. we got it as inexpensive as we did because they spent no money on design and...

    Commuter Ebike - Reliable

So after owning a Juiced Crosscurrent S a year and change ago I am back in the market for an Ebike. I loved the Juiced when it worked but the battery is disconnecting a few times during the commute and I never know if it is going to be the last time. Juiced is no help and I will never do...

Ok how about the battery issue that they clearly WON'T solve

i think you are missing the point of people being upset. There is one thing to have poor quality control. And yes people complain on the internet so sometimes it can make it seem like there are more products with problems then there actually are. If juiced fixed those 100 bikes you speak of or...

Looking at my invoice I actually paid $1,899 but I don’t really think it makes that much of a difference. I don’t know why people think you should expect a broken product from a company because it’s a direct sale bike and that’s ok. batteries are not to be messed with.

Glad you had a good experience. Look at the issues with the wide area format batteries in the thread I posted today and tell me that A) Juiced are quality designed products and B)they have good customer service. I buy most things online....probably why I trusted buying online with Juiced to...

    Admitted Faulty Product Design

I am fine doing my own repairs. I like to tinker...but this is a design issue that makes the bike unreliable and with use, unusable. I have to think, especially in California where they are based, there is a law saying they cant knowingly distribute a broken product, slow roll warranties...
