2nd year with my 2018 RCS. Just replaced the stem, handlebar grips, and handlebar (mid-rise) this year. Also replaced the battery with the 21aH from greenbikekit, added a bell, foldylock, and handlebar mirror last year.

@Chazmo I finally got the replacement 21 ah battery from greebbikekit. Took about a little over 3 weeks to get to me. This thing much heavier than the stock 13 ah battery. I've pushed it to 30 mph on R with barely a sweat.

Atm, just looking for future upgrades. I just ordered the G1 21aH battery from greenbikekit so hopefully it'll be here in about a month! I also saw they had an upgraded performance controller that can make the rcs hit 30mph on the throttle alone...

Thanks for the help! Yeah maybe a whole swap if I can find all the parts. The battery is about dead, too. It has died on me on my 12 mile ride to work. Manual pedaling with no assist SUCKS...

Mine is the 9-speed cassette. I'll check the motor connector later and see if it matches the same style connector as the ebay listing.

Oh, I see. So the H550 is the assembly part number but the actual motor is the G062 as in the ebay photo:
