2nd year with my 2018 RCS. Just replaced the stem, handlebar grips, and handlebar (mid-rise) this year. Also replaced the battery with the 21aH from greenbikekit, added a bell, foldylock, and handlebar mirror last year.
@Chazmo I finally got the replacement 21 ah battery from greebbikekit. Took about a little over 3 weeks to get to me. This thing much heavier than the stock 13 ah battery. I've pushed it to 30 mph on R with barely a sweat.
Atm, just looking for future upgrades. I just ordered the G1 21aH battery from greenbikekit so hopefully it'll be here in about a month!
I also saw they had an upgraded performance controller that can make the rcs hit 30mph on the throttle alone...
Thanks for the help! Yeah maybe a whole swap if I can find all the parts. The battery is about dead, too. It has died on me on my 12 mile ride to work. Manual pedaling with no assist SUCKS...
I asked Chatgpt and it said the H550 probably won't fit but the G062 should be.
Thanks for sharing the photo — your RipCurrent S has a Bafang G062 (aka RMG06) rear hub motor, rated 48V 750W.
Here’s the breakdown between the G062 and H550:

Picked up a 2018 RCS this year. It's the 52V model but hub says it's 48V750W. Previous owner kept pretty good care of it but now just wondering if I should preemptively get a backup rear motor just in case.
I saw here, Thread 'Leads on Juiced parts', there's an Ebay seller with a few Bafang...
