That's true. I hadn't though about it that way. I think my husband and son think of it like a manual but it is a heavy bike and it can go quite fast. I suppose I need to be super sure of the brakes. Thanks for pointing that out.

I'm very glad that it's the front end of the bike that goes wrong, not the back end. The back end looks much fiddlier.

The brakes are fixed now with assistance from Dad. I will keep that video carefully bookmarked so we can fix them without losing the brake fluid next time. Thank you very much.

Thanks, I'll have a look at that I definitely think that reducing the power has helped. The suspension is bonkers on my bike. It's like riding on concrete wheels. Maybe I should let the tyres down a bit.
