I read the manual that came with the e-bike and I followed their instructions on battery care!

Disappointed with @GiantUK after my £4,500 e-bike battery failed 3 months out of warranty—after barely any use. I’m being asked to pay £650 for a new one! Giant advertises batteries that last years, but mine barely made it 2 years. This isn’t right!
