    Red Blue flashing

Sorry to resurrect this. The bike was working well for nearly 18 months. The.problem has recurred. I tried taking the it apart and even disconnect the Peartube MSO. But the motor error is persisting. It's code 3

Instructions for PearTune 4.0 MSO on 2022 Turbo Vado

I have a Peartune 4.0 for Turbo Vado SL. I have done 80k in a single ride and it has been ok. I did have a problem of the assist automatically going into 100% whilst cycling, this happened only when the Peartune was ON. The power control buttons +/- seem to get very sensitive and if my thumb...

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

I did not dismantle the head tube; something was stopping it. The cable connecting the walk button is probably steel; the bloody magnet was getting stuck to it. Maybe I should have taken it apart.

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

I just about installed Peartune MSO 4.0 for Specialized 1.1. I managed to damage the connectors in the process due to being daft. If anyone is installing this, please read the instructions carefully! Painful to route the cable - I tried the usual tricks but had to buy a cable puller/router...

    Red Blue flashing

I think it was either Error 3 or 4 I cleaned the speed sensor and restarted the bike. The error seems to have gone away, no problems with the 10mi back home. The temperature was hovering around 0C Will see if this recurs

Thank you. Will check how this is when cycling back home.

    Red Blue flashing

Have had this error come up again. The motor cut off mid ride and the red and blue flashing led (they are close together) come on. The lights stay on. Turning off and on, the motor engages but disconnects with the above error again. It was cold today - -2 to 0C I have had this error once and...

Turbo Vado SL charger red light

I plugged the charger in yesterday to the range extender to charge and the red light started flashing. The battery was indicating that it was getting charged, but a few hours later it was at the same charge level. It's the same with connecting to the bike. I tried a few power cycles and still...

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

I use a Thule pack n pedal pannier for my 10 mile commute. It will easily carry laptop. I had a speed sensor error which needed a few switch off -on to get working again. I wonder if the sensor was dirty

    Turbo Vado SL buttons

I have a Turbo Vado SL 4.0 EQ Is there a way to use the + /- buttons to increase power/assistance by say 10% increments. Like from 0 - 10- 20- ... To 100? I have tried playing with the presets and not able to find the sweet spots.

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

Finally swapped the tyres on my bike to 700x32c Gatorskins. Absolute b***h to get them on. Had to get smaller tubes, luckily had a few spares. The Gatorskins are a lot better than the native tyre - 700x38c (forgot to actually measure the width using calipers). I have heard some specialized tyres...

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

Took the bike out for a spin, only managed 18km, turned off the motor as was cycling slowly. Used a bit of assist to check how it was doing. I could feel the difference compared to my Orbea (it has a dynamo) and was easy to pedal. I'm hoping to just stick to eco mode unless strong head wind...
