My hub was damaged on the 17 June and I received a replacement wheel on the 03 July.
Customer service was excellent especially given the COVID issues.

my x35 rear hub motor casing has broken where a spoke was seated and now I can’t use my Ribble SLe and am gutted.
I have contacted Ribble but they have still to get back to me.
The bike has only done 2k miles and never been in crash or dropped. I am at a loss to know why this has happened...
