Tried Cross tires which were almost slicks as I do mainly road and pathways for my commute. Went back to stock tyres, they are pretty good. I got my shocks from Merlin Cycles in UK. Wait was a little longer but were a good price.
I am having this problem. The Battery full then riding for a while and at about 48v would do the above. I have explained to dealer, they think it is to do with Battery, they are replacing and getting the battery tested.

I had similar problem with my Battery, ie the battery would cycle on then switch off. I am not sure it was due to water although come to think of it I was riding through a bit of rain prior to this happening. Battery replaced and all good again.
