I've never had to do it but I'm told Tannus inserts provide enough bulk to allow riding on a flat. Probably wouldn't work with fat tires...

My one way commute route is 4 miles. My flat was a mile from home. Pushed the bike home and drove to work. I still got my exercise. 😂
