Looking for battery solution for my st2. there seems to be a couple rebuilders on the internet, but none seem to offer any testimonials from successful customers. does anybody here have first hand experience with battery rebuilder. Thanks, Barry

My battery is weak- But bike is strong. i have yet to find a better bike than my st2, and would like to find a battery. any suggestions?

It’s been years since I’ve looked at e-bikes. i have an st2. i went to NEW WHEEL WEBSITE to see what’s new. They have a new st1 for 3100. Retail 4700. NEW WHEEL is a(or the) top shelf Stromer dealer. That will fix your st1 problems for a while.

Stromers are not considered the best hill climbers because they are rear wheel drive. A mid drive will climb better because you can use your gears. THE NEW WHEEL is a Bay Area Stromer dealer that can answer all your questions.

Almost 5thousand miles, 5+years old, one owner(me), 814 gold original battery. 32miles were over several 5mile rides. Alway in #3 assist and always low to mid 20’smph. Anyone know or remember range with new or fresh battery? I’m thinking of buying new battery while they are 20% off. Thanks, B

Any response is good. Is your bike a class3? Will it go 28mph pedaling? My first stromer st1 had a 12mph max throttle, but was jailbreakable to 20mph, and could throttle along at 20, no problem. i could never figure out how to jailbreak st2 throttle past 12mph. Then stromer eliminated throttle...

Your step thru frames look great! I had been sold on rear drive, but now mid drives with throttle and 28mph speed, maybe. Is your rear drive with throttle capable of maintaining 25+mph with throttle only? And do you anticipate your developing mid drive, step thru to be able to cruise 25+mph...
