EI did a browser search for "freehub dust seal." Then I selected "images." Lots of items. If one looked right, I'd check the diameters.

EIt looks to be metal and rubber. If your handy you might be able to tap it flat with a hammer, dremel off the old rubber and then layer...

EI'd leave it off. It will wear out faster, then you can replace it with the assembly.
