Fancy seatpost for more saddle angle adjustment?

Thank you everyone for all your comments, this has all been very helpful. I'll post a wrap-up when I get there.

Fancy seatpost for more saddle angle adjustment?

The saddle and seat post are OEM, or at least they are what came from the LBS when she purchased it new. The seat has the Electra logo on it, the post is unbranded. She said the nose was uncomfortable. She's comfortable with it now, I'm just not liking the shim. If you have a recommendation...

Fancy seatpost for more saddle angle adjustment?

She doesn't want 20 degrees downward, not sure how I implied that. Her complaint, all along, was the nose of her saddle was too high. Saddle height was ok, setback was ok, just the nose was too high. Lets re-frame the discussion: In the photo above, her saddle is nearly horizontal, and it...

Fancy seatpost for more saddle angle adjustment?

I'm not sure this will clear anything up, and keep in mind I'm a rookie. Attached is a photo of her seat - it's currently adjusted to the "max nose down", yet as the first photo shows, her seat remains relatively near to horizontal. On two other bikes I've looked at, adjusting to "max nose...

Fancy seatpost for more saddle angle adjustment?

I'm relatively new to the bike world and I'm surprised how much there is to learn about basic bike geometry. Today's challenge is my wife's seat post on her Electra ebike. Her combination of seat tube angle, seat post design, and desired saddle angle are the issue. Her saddle adjustment is of...

Not really advanced but - cassette wear after first 180 miles?

No shifting issues, no noise, I just wanted to do this for the first time so I know what to expect. The mess was a little larger than I thought :) For chain maintenance, I purchased a chain scrubber, I used purple degreaser (1:1 dilution) and a few brushes for the cassette and derailleur...

Not really advanced but - cassette wear after first 180 miles?

I've just reached 180 miles on my new ebike (Bosch mid-drive) and cleaned and lubed my chain and cassette for the first time. I've never done this before. I noticed the teeth on the sprockets showing wear, is this type and amount of wear to be expected after 180 miles?

    Gazelle Ultimate C380 HMB

I have the 2022 T10, taking @Roamers word on geometry, I'll add that a handlebar with more rise and (more importantly) sweep really made my 57 much more pleasant. I'm 5' 11" and 205 lbs (180 cm and 95 kg) and need a very upright riding position.

    Motor controller - datasheet available?

I'm wondering if a datasheet or other documentation is available for the controller in my 2022 Ultimate T10. I'm not trying to repair or modify anything, I'm just curious.

Charging port cover - won't seat

A touch of dielectric grease did the trick, no cutting required.

what is this on my steerer tube?

OK, chapter two... since I couldn't discern any movement from my front suspension using my body weight on the bars, I greased it with white lithium and set out to lower the preload. The adjustment is exactly as documented above: Don't miss the distinction between the five-sided and the hex...

    hello!

I'm only 150 miles in, and a novice ebiker with no other bikes to compare it to, so my opinion may not count for much - but it seems well made, forgiving of my mistakes (well, all but one really dumb one), and highly adjustable. Unlike my wife's bike, I can draw the battery down to zero with no...
