Thé link no longer leads anywhere - at least for me it just says « not found » - would you possibly have a new link ? (I’ve spent hours searching for the source of the 2.3x factor.) I’m by no means disputing it, other trusted folks quote it - but I would love to read the actual documentation...

There is « n+1 » for number of bikes, but also « D-1 » lol !

I just made a deal on a 2024 Creo 2 expert and am fairly stoked. I already own a Liv Thrive + EX, which is a spectacular bike. It is a tank for sure, spectacular as a grocery runner and commuter, and while easily taking me through the hills where we ride, it has loads of resistance going down...

Hi folks. I was waylaid a couple of years due to illness. I just updated the Ride Control app on my phone and tried to log in, but it no longer recognizes my email address (not « valid »). Yes, it is connected. I do not recall seeing the circumference prompt, but will go back in to see. It was displaying accurate speeds while riding, (but not average speed calculated at the end). I assumed it got distance from either the bike or gps. Good to know. I also assume the companion app...

I am so pleased to have the Giant Smart Charger. My LBS didn’t know its « charge to 60% » feature, or how it changes its charging after a certain number of cycles. I’m very happy not to have to use timers etc. i can just press a button & it will stop charging at 60%.
