Report them to the US FTC on their website, easy 5 minute chore to stop criminals. Would you share your time frame your CC VISA allowed you from CCpurchase to your refund? I used Citi COSTCO CC and it was 9 months from prepayment date to requesting a VISA cashback which they denied.

I paid the total amount for pre-order to DOST via credit card on 12/20/22. Dost kept pushing the delivery date ahead every 3 months (suspiciously) as my VISA can only help within a 90 day range. I requested a refund in 09/23! Still no bike or refund. NOT a good look for a Canadian company. BTW...

I ordered the drop CVT on 12/2022 and had to pay in full, never arrived so cancelled order asking for a refund in 09/23. Nothing yet. BEWARE OF DOST. Maybe targeting seniors?

I ordered and paid in full a DOST bike on 12/18/22 and NEVER DELIVERED SO CANCELLED ORDER ASKED FOR A REFUND, NOTHING. Possible PONZI scheme going on here.
