    Cannondale Quick Neo SL2 X35

Update- I installed tubeless Continental Terra trail tires from rei 6/2022. So I saved about 2 lbs and I run the tires at 25 front, 35 rear. So much smoother ride and never a flat. The wheels are not rated tubeless but they snapped right up. Stock tires are were heavy and stiff. About 1000...

    Cannondale Quick Neo SL2 X35

The stem just slides onto the fork and you tighten it down. Don't understand your bikeshop. Very easy to do. Anyway, I just picked a stem off amazon and figured out the angle. I ended up just buying the specific stem with the angle and length. Lighter and good fit.

    Cannondale Quick Neo SL2 X35

Picked up the Cannondale Quick Neo SL2 at REI. Kickstand added. I have 3 other ebikes but I wanted to get back to being able to ride without assist. Easily 14mph on the flats with no assist. Assist just for hills or just to get home, or when that gal passes me on her road bike going about 18...

    Sold my Pace 500

Torque sensor really is the way to go. Complete control instead of trying to keep up with a cadense sensor. I have another ebike- a Wallke and every time I get on it I can't wait to get back on the Lmt'd with the torque sensor. The Wallke 1st pas went to 15mph vs the Pace went to about 11mph...

I took off the wheel reflectors and added wheel letters that are luminous. I like it

    LMT'D add ons discussion

I like my riser bar-- it has about 2-3 inches in rise so its infinitely adjustable. Just by rotating it backwards or forwards you get most any position to fit. I had a piston style seat post on my Pace 500. It did well but so far on the Lmt'd I swapped the Pace 500 velo gel seat for the Lmt'd...

Adding a Ltd to the fleet

390 on the odometer. Added Tannus Armour to both wheels along with flat attack in the tubes. New tubes at 1.9 to 2.1-- one size down. Can't tell any difference in the ride. Took about 15 min per wheel and about $100 I had read on another thread that this system gets you close to flat free...

    Sold my Pace 500

I had my Pace 500 for 1 year and 1300 miles. It was comfortable powerful and pretty much hassel free. It didn't have throttle from start which bothered me and I wanted to try a torque sensor instead of the cadence sensor. So I moved on to a Lmt'd from Ride1Up. It has an airfork, higher torque...

Adding a Ltd to the fleet

113 mile update The new rim tape still holding- seems to have fixed the flats. I wrote the company requesting that dust cover for the fork gap. I did two rides totaling 39 miles went from 52 .7 volts to 44.2 volts so about 50% I don't use much throttle seems good so far I'm trying out the topeak...

Better battery remaining accuracy on the 700

Perhaps Ride1Up is suggesting to charge the battery less than 100% as I had read in one of his comments. I charge my batteries to 80% hoping to lengthen the battery life. Plus I live is AZ and the garage ac is set to 95 to keep the batteries cooler.

Adding a Ltd to the fleet

Updating the slime tube. The stem is barely long enough and is difficult to push thru the wheel as the wheel is hollow. The original tube stem is 45 mm. Also, the original tube is 27.5 by up to 2.35. Not quite the 2.4 the tire requires (but probably close enough). So I had the pleasure of...

    LMT’D brake sensor

My LMT'd also has no brake/sensor motor cutoff. I'm certain as my Pace 500 has the same Trktro brakes and has a seperate wire to the controller. I'm glad the LMT'd has no cutoff because on the Pase 500, the cutoff went bad and I just unplugged it while I waited for a new one. And in the...
